SeaPort Airlines was founded with a dedication to providing our customers with the very best in commuter air service.  We demonstrate our dedication to this founding principle by offering personalized customer service that attempts to anticipate customer needs but is responsive in a timely and open manner when service failures do occur. A cornerstone of our ability to offer this service is our people.  All of us share the dedication to customer service, and we truly enjoy what we do each day - everyday offers new and exciting possibilities. The pride in SeaPort's culture is underscored by the company's Culture Committee, which is comprised of employees on a volunteer basis, and is focused on developing and nurturing the workplace environment, as well as seeking out ways for SeaPort to become a meaningful part of the fabric of each community served.

Our Core Vales guide the Culture Committee in its activities, as well as each member of the SeaPort team in the performance of their job, the company as it establishes policies and procedures, and other business decisions.
