Check-in & Boarding

Currently, SeaPort passengers are required to check-in, pick up their boarding pass and drop baggage at the ticket counter. We have friendly and capable staff to assist with check-in.

Passengers must show valid government-issued I.D. at time of check-in, and may be required to provide additional information to the customer service agent, including body weight and carry-on weight verification for aircraft weight and balance purposes.

Passengers must be checked-in no later than 30 minutes prior to departure to make a flight; customers arriving after the 30 minute cut-off will be re-accommodated pending seat availability and in accordance with SeaPort policies. We recommend that passengers show up approximately 1.5 hours prior to departure for check-in, and allow enough time for TSA security screening where required. For more information on our re-accommodation and “no-show” policies, please visit our policies page.

Passengers whose itinerary includes one or more segments on a partner airline must check-in at the partner airlines’ ticket counter or gate.

To get specific information about your departure airport and ticket counter, please visit the destination page for your city.

Checked Baggage

SeaPort Airlines offers all customers a complimentary baggage allowance of one checked bag up to 50 lbs. on all SeaPort Airlines operated flights. Passengers that have purchased a Y-class ticket (FullFlex fare) are entitled to one additional checked bag up to 50 lbs, for a total of two (2) free checked bags.

No checked bag is to exceed 62 linear inches in size. Excess and overweight baggage will be assessed a fee upon check-in and accommodated on a space available basis. No one piece of luggage may exceed 70 lbs.

Carry-On Baggage

Each passenger may carry one personal item, such as a purse, camera bag, small electronic device, diaper bag, infant supplies, briefcase, or small backpack. Additionally, customers may bring on board an umbrella, jacket, overcoat, reading material, mobility aids, canes, braces, medical supplies, government approved child/infant seat, service animals or fully collapsible stroller for no extra charge.

Partner Airline Baggage

Itineraries including segment(s) operated by other partner carriers may require passengers to adhere to partner airline baggage fees, rules and restrictions.

Partner Airlines

For customer convenience and connectivity, SeaPort Airlines is continuously working to establish interlining e-ticketing and codeshare agreements with other air carriers, so customers can make single-itinerary bookings on that include air service and thru-baggage to destinations not served directly by SeaPort Airlines. This makes shopping, booking and flying much easier on our customers.

SeaPort currently has an e-ticketing and thru-baggage agreement with Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines.
